Membership of the Insight Data Co-operative continues to increase, particularly significant growth in the not-for-profit sector.
Insight is the largest single source of known charity donor transactional data in Australia. Insight has over 600K charity donor records contained within the file. It is now being used by over 54 charities.
The current version of the Insight file contains over 2.7 million multi- transactor names. Over AUD$1.8 billion in total transactional value is held on the file.
The responsiveness of the Insight prospect list data continues to lead the market. Double-digit response rates are being recorded by a number of our charity members.
In addition, to support this solid growth we’ve taken steps to ensure our service levels remains second to none by re-organising and expanding our operational team.
